1. Key studies that show reduced IVF cycles numbers and better outcomes through better management of hormone dosing. Hormone dosing control can improve egg and embryo quality, implantation success and live birth outcome.
Several published studies suggest that Individualized controlled ovarian stimulation (iCOS) should be adopted for IVF patients; this approach promises to be one of the first steps towards implementing personalized medicine in reproductive science.
For more information please see references.
Examples: There is published evidence that exposure to high levels of LH can lead to poor egg quality, premature ovulation, and stimulate progesterone production by the ovaries. A premature rise in progesterone may cause inappropriate maturation of the uterine lining and lead to lower chances of embryo implantation.

2. The importance for several measurements: Therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM), is used for different type of drugs such as (Diabetes, Cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, thyroid disease, liver disease and more) but is not widely used yet in hormonal treatment. Therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) is commonly used to help physician to maintain drug levels within the therapeutic window. The therapeutic window is the concentration range in which a drug exerts its clinical effect with minimal adverse for most patients.

3. Quality of life and risk: All HRT patients are at risk for Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHS) that can lead to rapid weight gain, abdominal pain, persistent nausea and vomiting, blood clots, decreased urination, shortness of breath, and increased levels of anxiety and depression.
Short and long-term risks to women who conceive through in vitro fertilization.
